What's different in E&G? Including TOEIC, IELTS and Business English books, all books being taught in E&G are newest and most updated.
Learning methods and strategies applied in old and new books cannot be the same because more and more effective ways are developed every day. E&G's R&D department has solely been responsible for keeping track of new trends in English education and developing E&G's own English education contents.
New teachers become E&G teachers through the following steps. First, new teachers are supposed to be trained with GRAMMAR, PRONUNCIATION and SPEAKING training courses, employed from CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH. After completing the above intensive training courses, they are provided with the TEACHING GUIDES for all ELT books being taught in E&G and learn how to understand and mke good use of them in dealing with the books, and then practice to plan and design their own classes.
* TEACHING GUIDES are primary means to improve the quality of the classes and generally explain about how to teach E&G's textbooks, and precisely concern standardized teaching skills and strategies which should be applied in delivering the contents of the books.
They are also required to present a few more DEMO classes TO THE MEMBERS OF R&D department and have the final feedback on the presentations before taking charge of actual classes. Lastly, each of new teachers is encouraged to continue TEAM BASED LEARNING for mastery of class subjects in ESL, TOEIC(Business English), IELTS teams on a regular basis.
English language serves its purpose in communication and more than 2 respective English skills(SPEAKING, READING, LISTENING and WRITING) are to be employed in the process of communication. In this sense, E&G's curriculum aims to help students develop well-balanced English skills by providing the personalized English language program to each of students.
This is why E&G exert every effort to evaluate students' English abilities as precisely as possible.
